Pine Knoll Day Camp is back for another great Summer! Children from Pre-K through 5th grade can enjoy nature, and the fun of being outdoors for the summer! New for 2024 - Half Day is back for those in PK - entering Kindergarten in Fall 2024: please register your camper for our morning session of 9am-12pm (before care available if needed) or afternoon session of 1-4 pm (after care available if needed). FULL DAY WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR CAMPERS ENTERING GRADE 1 - ENTERING GRADE 5 IN FALL 2024.

*All kids need to be potty-trained FULLY in order to attend camp*

Registration Opens for Residents on 3/4 @ 9:30 AM, and Non-Residents on 3/11 @ 9:30 AM.

Camp Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M - 4:00 P.M
Before Care: 7:30 A.M- 9:00 A.M
After Care: 4:00 P.M - 5:00 P.M

8 Week Option: 6/24/24-8/15/24 * No July 4th or Fri August 16th * 
2 Week Session #1: June 24th- June 28th & July 1st- July 5th (No Camp July 4)
2 Week Session #2: July 8th- July 12th & July 15th- July 19th
2 Week Session #3: July 22nd- July 26th & July 29th - August 2nd
2 Week Session #4: August 5th- August 9th & August 12th- August 15th (No Camp August 16th)

Cost:
8-Week Option: $1,860 Residents / $1,875 Non-Residents
2 Week Sessions: $550 Residents / $565 Non-Residents
Pre-K Half day 2 Week Sessions: $275 Residents / $290 Non-Residents
Before Care: $30/week Residents & Non-Residents
After Care: $30/week Residents & Non-Residents

Location: Pine Knoll Recreation Area- 1974 Allen Street, Springfield, MA 01118

Parent Informational Session: Thursday, June 13, 2024 @ Pine Knoll Recreation Area from 5:00P.M. to 6:00P.M.

Deposit: The initial deposit for our 8 week session is $300 for residents and $315.00 for non residents due at registration. For any/all 2 week options the initial deposit is $110.00 for residents and $125.00 for non residents. Payment installments are due: 3/25, 4/15, 5/6 and 5/27. ALL INITIAL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, REFUNDS FOR REMAINING PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER 5/27.

Medical & Emergency Contact Form: The attached Medical & Emergency contact form below AND most recent immunization records must be completed and submitted to the Recreation Department prior to attendance at camp. This form and immunization records can be dropped off at the Rec Department office at 328 N Main St. or emailed to pineknollcamp@eastlongmeadowma.gov.
